Imagine yourself as a little child.

When you tell yourself “I’m ugly”, “I’m fat”, “I’m stupid” imagine that little girl or little boy. Would you really tell them that? Just because you grew up doesn’t mean you’re not the same child you were.

So tell the little child the truth because you are beautiful!
